People are fascinating.
Even being one of them, it's not always easy to successfully communicate with this species. And unfortunately, none of today's hot, new social means will spark a rich conversation with this audience without having something to say.
If a message is relevant, beneficial, and delivered in a compelling way, a beautiful dialogue with these fickle creatures can flourish. But it's a craft that has never really been mastered.
It's just that some are better at it than others.
